Apothecare, a US brand of premium skin care had recently under gone a re-design. However, the brand team felt the cartons lacked beauty, precision and premium qualities giving a great opportunity to elevate the pack overall and strengthening the brands on shelf presence

The previous design used a photographic image of a test tube holding the herbs which failed to add precision, looking more like a bunch of flowers, with odd crops across the range.

Our new design uses a simple line graphic to suggest a test tube, feeling far more precise, scientific and premium, allowing the ingredients to look beautiful and elegant with the use of a keyline, linking the information on side of the pack to the front, really heroing the benefits of the product.

The typography was tightened and sweetened with the crossbar of the A in the logo being removed to help the brand look more like a logo, strengthening its presence on the pack.
